Is there a service call fee?
The service call fee is $79 and covers a certified technician diagnosing the issue in person. It is waived when you proceed with the repair, so if we do the job, the fee comes off your total. You always approve a written estimate before any work begins.
How fast can you come out?
Call before noon and we can often have a technician at your door the same day, though it is not guaranteed on every job. We confirm your appointment within the hour during business hours.
Is the repair guaranteed?
