Yes, that's how most of our estate calls run. Staff provides access, we send the written estimate to whoever manages the house, and the decision maker approves by phone or email before any work begins. The homeowner never has to be on site.
Can you provide a COI and W-9 for our vendor file?
Yes. We are licensed and insured, and both the certificate of insurance and our W-9 are available on request as part of onboarding Repairly as a vendor.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, on request. Our technicians are background checked and accustomed to working in private households; if your household requires a nondisclosure agreement, we will sign it before the first appointment.
How does billing work across multiple properties?
