These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Repairly website and the appliance repair services provided by Repairly LLC (“Repairly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a repair or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Repairly LLC provides in home diagnostic and repair services for household appliances across Los Angeles and Southern California. Submitting a booking request or contact form is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment, we’ll confirm your appointment after we contact you by phone.

2. Diagnostic fee & estimates

A $79 diagnostic fee applies to each service visit and covers your technician’s trip and diagnosis. This fee is waived when you approve the recommended repair. Before any work begins, your technician will provide a written estimate; we proceed only with your approval. Parts and labor are quoted upfront, no surprise charges.

3. Warranty

Repairs are backed by a 1 year warranty on parts and labor covering the specific repair we performed. The warranty does not cover unrelated faults, new or pre existing issues, misuse, accidental damage, or work performed by anyone other than Repairly. Warranty details are described on your service invoice.

4. Booking & access

When you book, please provide accurate contact and appliance information and make sure the appliance is accessible at the scheduled time. If we’re unable to access the appliance, or no one is available for a confirmed appointment, the $79 diagnostic fee may still apply.

5. Brand & trademark notice

All manufacturer and brand names referenced on this site, including Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Viking, Monogram, Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Bosch, KitchenAid, Maytag, Frigidaire, Electrolux, and Kenmore, are trademarks of their respective owners. Repairly is an independent repair company and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any manufacturer. Brand names are used only to describe the appliances we service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Repairly’s total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

8. Dispute resolution & binding arbitration

Please contact us first, most issues are resolved quickly with a phone call. If we can’t resolve a dispute informally, you and Repairly LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered in Los Angeles County, California under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.

You and Repairly LLC agree that claims will be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action (class action waiver). You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing repairlyllc@repairlyappliance.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms; opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when we post the updated version on this page, and your continued use of our site or services means you accept the revised Terms.
